Full Management Service
This service is particularly suited to Landlords who live abroad or live some distance from the rental property. Alternatively, it may be preferable to leave all aspects of letting and management to the professionals. Regular inspections of the property will be carried out and the landlord will be informed in full of all findings. All repairs and maintenance will be carried out up to an authorisation limit of £250. In the event that an estimate exceeds this amount the Landlords authority will be sought before repairs are allowed to proceed.

Letting and Rent Collection Service
This service is particularly suited to Landlords who require assurance of regular rent payments but are happy to liase directly with the tenants and contractors regarding all aspects of repairs and maintenance.

Letting Only Service
This service is particularly suited to Landlords who live close to the property and who wish to deal with all aspects of repairs, maintenance and rent collection.
