In March 1996, Frost Brothers Ltd was acquired by a group of property professionals.

The new team of Directors and Executives represent nearly 160 years of knowledge in property, professional services and finance. The joining of the traditional with the modern forged the company's motto: "Traditional Values - Modern Methods".

After two years of internal re-organisation and training, the Company had doubled its market share, opened a Selsdon office and moved the existing Purley office to a new prestigious corner site. Progress continued with the complete refurbishment of all offices, installation of state of the art technology and a complete change of corporate identity.
